About Pictoflow
What Pictoflow is
Pictoflow is a web app for visual schedules for autistic children, prepared by a parent or caregiver. The schedule lays out the day in pictograms, optional tokens go along with its steps, and a sequence breaks one action down into steps. On phone, tablet or computer.
Available in French and English. No ads, and no notifications on the child's screen.
Who develops it
Pictoflow is developed and maintained by Timothée Miminoshvili, sole proprietor (trade name TEL-MI Labs). Full legal information is available in the legal notices.
What it is for
Pictoflow helps an adult prepare visual cues for a child: cards and pictograms, visual schedules, step sequences, a progress board and a visual timer. It is meant for the parents, educators and professionals who support the child every day. The child has no account: they only use the board prepared for them.
Its limits
- Pictoflow is a visual organization tool, not a medical device: it does not replace support from a professional.
- The service does not ask for any health information or diagnosis about the child.
- The service is free today; no paid plan is offered.
- Without an account, data stays on the device: we have no copy of it and cannot restore it.
- We do what is needed to keep the service available and account data backed up, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
