These terms of use (ToU) govern the use of the picto-flow service, accessible via the web and mobile application, published by Timothée Miminoshvili, sole proprietor (trade name TEL-MI Labs).
2. Definitions
- Service: The picto-flow application for creating cards and managing tasks
- User: Any person using the Service
- Account: The user's personal space
- Content: Cards, images and data created by the user
3. Access to the service
3.1 Registration
- Registration is free and requires creating a user account
- The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
3.2 Access
- The Service is accessible 24/7, except during maintenance
- Access may be temporarily interrupted for technical reasons
- Users are informed of scheduled maintenance
4. Use of the service

- Creating and managing personal cards
- Organizing tasks and projects
- Personal or legitimate professional use
4.2 Prohibited use
- Use for illegal purposes or contrary to public morals
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of the Service
- Hacking or unauthorized access attempts
- Commercial use without explicit authorization
5. User obligations

- Do not publish illegal, defamatory or offensive content
- Respect intellectual property rights

- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials

- Do not share account with third parties

- Do not publish pornographic, violent or discriminatory content
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Service
- The Service and its source code are protected by copyright
- All rights reserved to picto-flow
- The user acquires no property rights to the Service
6.2 User content
- The user retains ownership of their content
- The user grants a license to use to picto-flow for the operation of the Service
- picto-flow undertakes not to use content for commercial purposes
7. Personal data

- Personal data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- The user consents to the processing of their data for use of the Service

- The use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy
- The user can manage their preferences via the GDPR portal
8. Liability
8.1 picto-flow
- Strives to keep the Service operational
- Cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions
- Limits its liability to proven direct damages
8.2 User
- Is responsible for the use of their account
- Is responsible for the content they create
- Undertakes to indemnify picto-flow in case of damages
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 Exclusion
- picto-flow is not responsible for data loss
- picto-flow is not responsible for indirect damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user
9.2 Force majeure
- picto-flow is not responsible in case of force majeure
- Force majeure events suspend the performance of obligations
10. Termination
10.1 By the user
- The user can delete their account at any time
- Deletion is final and irreversible
- Data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
10.2 By picto-flow
- picto-flow may suspend or terminate an account in case of non-compliance with the ToU
- Termination is notified by email
- The user can contest the decision
11. Modification of the ToU
11.1 Procedure
- picto-flow reserves the right to modify these ToU
- Modifications are notified to users
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new ToU
11.2 Notification
- Important modifications are notified by email
- Modifications are published on the website
- The user can refuse modifications by deleting their account
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

- In case of dispute, French law applies
