4. Prices and payment methods

- Prices are indicated in euros including VAT
- Prices can be viewed in the application
- picto-flow reserves the right to modify prices at any time
4.2 Payment methods
- Secure payment via Stripe
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Monthly or annual payment according to chosen subscription
- Immediate payment upon subscription
4.3 Billing
- Electronic invoice generated automatically
- Payment history accessible in the user account
- Applicable VAT according to French regulations
5. Order and activation
5.1 Order process
- Selection of subscription in the application
- Filling in payment information
- Order validation
- Immediate activation of premium service
5.2 Confirmation
- Confirmation email sent automatically
- Invoice available in the user account
- Access to premium features immediate
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal period
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal.
6.2 Exceptions
- Digital services started before the end of the withdrawal period
- Express agreement from the user to start the service
- Loss of right of withdrawal once service has started
6.3 Withdrawal procedures
- Written notification by email
- Full refund within 14 days
- Deactivation of premium service
7. Termination and refund
7.1 Termination by the user
- Termination possible in 3 clicks from the customer area
- Effect at the end of the current period
- No refund for unused period

7.2 Termination by picto-flow
- In case of non-compliance with ToU
- In case of non-payment
- Prior notification by email

- No refund for current subscriptions
- Full refund in case of withdrawal within 14 days
- Partial refund in case of termination by picto-flow (if justified)

- Free support for basic users
- Priority support for premium subscribers
- Response within 24h for premium subscribers
9. Warranties

- No warranty of continuous availability
- No warranty of compatibility with all devices
- No warranty of non-interruption
