Terms of Sale
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the sale of the Pictoflow Premium subscription offered by picto-flow via its application and website.
They supplement the Terms of Use, which govern the use of the service. On any commercial matter (offer, prices, payment, refunds, termination), these terms of sale prevail.

3. The offer
3.1 Free use
Two plans are available without any payment, with no time limit:
- Discovery, without an account: immediate trial in the browser, with schedules, tokens and sequences stored on that device only, and no data sent online.
- Free, with an account: online backup, 1 child profile, 1 device, unlimited schedules, sequences and tokens, and a ready-to-use pictogram library.
3.2 Pictoflow Premium subscription
The Pictoflow Premium subscription is the only paid offer of the service. It includes everything in the Free plan, and adds:
- up to 3 child profiles;
- up to 3 registered devices;
- the creation of personalised cards from your own images, up to 50 stored cards and 100 creations per month.
No other paid plan exists: no one-off purchase, no lifetime licence, no professional tier.
3.3 Changes to the offer
Improvements made to the service benefit existing subscribers at no extra cost. A feature already included in the subscription is never removed in order to be moved to a higher tier.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Current prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included:
- Monthly: €5.99 per month, with no minimum term.
- Annual: €59.90 per year, i.e. €4.99 per month — the equivalent of 2 months free compared with the monthly price.
The applicable price is the one displayed in the application before payment is confirmed. No amount is ever charged without having been displayed beforehand.
4.2 Price stability
The price of your subscription does not change for as long as it lasts. A change in prices applies only to subscriptions taken out after that change. You will never receive a price increase on an ongoing subscription.
4.3 Payment methods
- Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- Processing handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, our payment provider. picto-flow neither receives nor stores any card data.
- First payment taken immediately upon subscription, then at each renewal date.
- The subscription renews automatically at each renewal date, until you terminate it (section 8).
4.4 Invoicing
- An electronic invoice is issued for each payment.
- Your full invoice history is available at any time from your customer area.
- VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small business exemption). The prices shown are therefore net prices.
5. Subscribing
5.1 Process
- Choice of plan in the application, with the price displayed before any payment step.
- Entry of payment details on Stripe's secure page.
- Confirmation of the order, with an obligation to pay.
- Immediate activation of the subscription.
5.2 Confirmation
- A payment receipt is made available in your customer area as soon as the payment is taken.
- The subscription features (section 3.2) are available immediately.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Statutory period
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and without penalty.
6.2 How to exercise it
By an unambiguous statement sent to support@pictoflow.com. No particular form is required: a simple email is enough.
6.3 Effects
- Full refund of the amounts paid, no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
- Refund issued by Stripe to the original payment method.
- The account returns to the Free plan, with no deletion of your data.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, picto-flow grants a 30-day commercial guarantee:
- it covers the first payment of your subscription, monthly or annual;
- it can be exercised within 30 days of that payment, without justification, on simple request to support@pictoflow.com;
- the refund is full, issued by Stripe to the original payment method;
- the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to the right of withdrawal (section 6) and the statutory guarantees (section 10): it neither reduces nor replaces them.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by you
- At any time, without justification, from "Manage my subscription and invoices" in your customer area — a secure portal provided by Stripe, where you can also view your invoices and change your payment method.
- Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: your access remains open until that date. This is a deliberate choice — cutting off a child's visual routine mid-month would be an abrupt break for them.
- Outside the right of withdrawal (section 6) and the 30-day guarantee (section 7), the period already started is not refunded on a pro rata basis.
- At the end of the period, the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept; only the features specific to the subscription (section 3.2) stop being accessible.
8.2 Termination by picto-flow
- In the event of persistent non-payment after a failed charge.
- In the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use.
- Prior notice is sent by email, and you may contest the decision at support@pictoflow.com.
- Where the termination is attributable to us, amounts corresponding to the period paid for but not provided are refunded on a pro rata basis.
8.3 Tacit renewal and annual notice
- The monthly subscription renews tacitly each month, and the annual subscription each year, until you terminate it.
- For the annual subscription, we send you an email dedicated to this sole purpose, at the latest one month before the current term, informing you of your right not to renew (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code). That email states the date of the term and how to stop the renewal.
- It is sent to your account address, in the language in which you accepted these terms, and contains no commercial offer.
- For the monthly subscription, this notice is neither required nor sent: termination is available at any time from your customer area (section 8.1) and takes effect at the end of the month already paid for.
- Should this notice fail to reach you, you would be entitled to terminate free of charge and at any time from the renewal date, and any amounts charged after that date would be refunded.
9. Availability and support
9.1 Availability
- The service is designed to be continuously available.
- Technical interruptions remain possible; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
9.2 Support
Support is single and free for everyone, Free plan users and subscribers alike: by email at support@pictoflow.com. We reply as quickly as we can; no response time is contractually guaranteed.
10. Statutory guarantees
10.1 Guarantees owed
picto-flow is bound by the statutory guarantees applicable to digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), in particular the conformity of the service with its description and with reasonable expectations. These guarantees apply as of right, free of charge.
10.2 Technical limits
Without prejudice to the statutory guarantees above, picto-flow does not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted availability, nor compatibility with every existing device and browser.
11. Liability
- picto-flow's liability under the contract is limited to the amounts you have paid over the last twelve months.
- Indirect damages are excluded.
- These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor in any case where the law prohibits them.
- Force majeure: obligations are suspended for the duration of a force majeure event, of which you are notified.
12. Personal data
- The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and your rights can be exercised from the GDPR Portal.
- Payment data is processed by Stripe alone; picto-flow receives none of it.
- No commercial message is ever displayed in the child's space. This commitment is absolute and admits no exception.
13. Mediation and disputes
13.1 Prior complaint
Please first send your complaint to support@pictoflow.com. We always look for an amicable solution.
13.2 Consumer mediation
Mediation body currently being appointed (position as at 12 August 2026).
picto-flow's registration with a consumer mediator listed by the CECMC is under way. Its contact details and referral address will be published here before paid subscriptions open.
Every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek the amicable resolution of a dispute, after having first complained directly to the trader.
13.3 Legal proceedings
Failing an amicable solution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. A mediator may still be referred to as long as no court has been seized of the matter.
14. Applicable law and contact
14.1 Applicable law
- French law, whatever the language in which you read these terms.
- The French Consumer Code and the General Data Protection Regulation.
- The French courts have jurisdiction; as a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
